XWellsExpertise is headed by Darshill Dharod, who has spent over 5 years with SLB having led operations on deepwater rigs across Middle East, Europe and Asia and growing to the role of Field Service Manager, handling leading global E&P giants including Saudi Aramco, Shell, ConocoPhillips etc. He currently also looks after operations and product development at a lithium battery tech company which he founded in 2021.
